How will my items be sent?

We dispatch our items with Royal Mail. If your items are in stock, we aim to dispatch your items within 3 working days.

How much is postage?

1-3 grams: £1.50
4-24 grams: £1.65
25-60 grams: £2.75
61-250 grams: £4.50
251 grams and up: £6.00
Postage will be calculated at check out.

Can I pick up my order?

If you would like to collect your order from the region office, please select 'pick up' at the check out. We'll email you to arrange a collection date and time.

How can I pay for my items?

We now accept card payments, along with bacs and cheque.

To pay by bacs
Please follow the instructions provided on your order confirmation, using the order number as the reference.

To pay by cheque
Please write your order number of the back of your cheque, and make it payable to "Girlguiding LaSER" and send it to:
